Purpose of this website

This website provides information about our venue and lets you send an event enquiry. It does not take bookings or payments.

An enquiry is not a booking

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking or reserve a date. Your event date will be confirmed by our team after checking availability.

Availability, pricing, inclusions and any other arrangements are agreed directly with our team. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it with you separately, on the terms agreed at that time.

Information on the website

We describe our facilities and capacity as accurately as we can. Facilities, services and arrangements vary by event, are subject to availability, and are not all included in every package. Specific arrangements are confirmed during your enquiry.

Photographs show set-ups at our venue; decoration shown may have been arranged for a particular event and is not necessarily included. The opening film on our home page is a cinematic visualisation and not footage of a specific event at the venue.

No fees for enquiries

Sending an enquiry is free and creates no obligation for you or for us.

Your responsibilities

When using the website, please:

• provide accurate information and only submit your own details or details you are authorised to share;
• not send spam, automated or abusive submissions, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website; and
• not use the website for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The website content, including text, photographs, film and design, belongs to The Celebration Lawns or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-party services and links

The website links to services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and Instagram. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Website availability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Terms for an event booking are agreed separately.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ratnagiri, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the website.
