This policy explains how The Celebration Lawns (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit our website or send us an event enquiry. We collect only what we need to respond to you, and we never sell your information.
Who we are
The Celebration Lawns is a wedding and event venue at P-87, MIDC, Mirjole, Maharashtra 415639, India. We decide how and why the personal information described here is used.

Information we collect and why
When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the following:

Technical information. To protect the form from spam and abuse, our server converts your IP address into a one-way coded value (a keyed hash) and counts recent submissions. The raw IP address is not stored in our enquiry database. Our hosting provider also processes request data such as IP addresses in its own short-term logs.
Please do not include sensitive personal information (for example health, financial or identity document details) in the message field.
How we use your information
We use your information, with your consent, to:
- contact you about your enquiry and discuss your event requirements and preferred date;
- check availability and prepare information about arrangements for your event;
- keep a record of your enquiry and of the consent you gave; and
- keep the website and enquiry form secure and prevent misuse.
We will only send you occasional updates or promotional messages if you separately opted in to them.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not share enquiry information with advertising platforms.
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
- We do not use your enquiry information to train artificial intelligence (AI) models.
- We do not use AI tools or automated decision-making to process your personal information. If this ever changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where required.
Marketing messages
Agreeing to marketing messages is optional and separate from sending an enquiry. If you opt in, we may occasionally send you updates about the venue. You can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing thecelebrationlawns@gmail.com, by replying “STOP” to any WhatsApp message from us, or by using the unsubscribe link that any marketing email from us will include. Withdrawing does not affect your enquiry.
How long we keep information
- Enquiries: 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted automatically from our database. Copies of enquiry notifications in our email inbox are reviewed and deleted on the same schedule.
- If you book with us: booking records are kept separately for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- Spam-prevention data: coded IP values and duplicate-check values are deleted within about 48 hours.
- Marketing consent: until you withdraw it, plus a short period to keep a record that you withdrew.
How we protect information
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Enquiries are stored in a private database that cannot be accessed from the public website, and access is limited to authorised personnel. Secret keys are kept on the server, never in the website code. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will act promptly if a security incident occurs.
Your rights and how to use them
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:
- give you a summary of the personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update your information;
- delete your information (where we are not required to keep it);
- withdraw consent you have given, including marketing consent; and
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
How to make a request: email thecelebrationlawns@gmail.com with the subject “Personal data request”, or call 077199 99177. Please include your name, the phone number used for your enquiry and your enquiry reference if you have it. To protect you, we may confirm your identity using that phone number before acting. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Complaints: if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first at thecelebrationlawns@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it. You may also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
Our website and enquiry form are intended for adults. Please do not submit an enquiry if you are under 18; a parent or guardian can contact us instead.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version date at the top shows when it last changed. Each enquiry records the version you agreed to.
